Wondering how our 2022 festival season will work? Here’s some preliminary Forum Festival policy details that may be on your mind. As we get closer, we expect to have more information. Looking forward to welcoming old friends and greeting new ones in spring 2022.
- Scholarships will stay in place from 2020. Scholarships are offered to returning schools and directors. Certificates notifying returning directors of the scholarships available in 2022 will be emailed in August.
- Registration fees will remain the same as in 2020. Registration fees are $100 for up to two performing ensembles, then an additional $100 for each group over the first two.
- Pricing will be available by mid-summer. Because attractions have only started to re-open, they have not yet provided pricing for 2022. Most importantly, Forum’s pricing will not change from our 2020 pricing; however, we may see changes in the theme park pricing. As always, we will keep you up to date. For earliest notification, sign up for our e-newsletter or Facebook here.
- As festival venues begin to re-open, their safety protocols have not yet been confirmed. During this transition, we are working with each venue to ensure that all CDC and state guidelines will be followed. Safety for students, directors, and our staff is our primary concern.
- Best practice for hygiene and social distancing will be in place. This means that there may be some minor adjustments in our usual festival format, but any changes will not affect the positive experience that you and your students have always known at a Forum Festival.
